Orders & pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Ontario HST (13%) is applied at checkout to the order and any shipping charged. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we can't fulfil — for example a pricing error or an out-of-stock item — and we'll tell you right away if that happens.
Payment
Payment is processed at the time of order by Square. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation email.
Shipping
Orders ship from the Greater Toronto Area via the carrier you select at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout come from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Orders of $100 or more ship free within Canada.
Returns & exchanges
Unworn, unwashed tees can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Full details live on our Shipping & Returns page.
Custom orders
Custom print runs are quoted individually and confirmed by email before any payment is taken. Because they're made to order, custom runs are non-refundable once printing starts — we'll always share a proof before that point.
Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, and photography on this site are the property of The Yaad and can't be reproduced or resold without written permission.
