What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address — the minimum needed to process payment, ship your order, and send order updates. If you join the newsletter or send a message through our forms, we keep your email and the message you send us.
Payments
Payments are processed by Square. Your card number never touches our servers — it is entered directly into Square's secure payment form and handled entirely by Square. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded.
Shipping
To generate live shipping rates and labels, we share your shipping address with our shipping partner (eShipper) and the carrier you select at checkout (e.g., Purolator, UPS, FedEx).
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with anyone beyond the payment and shipping partners needed to fulfil your order. We don't send marketing email unless you signed up for it — and every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to run your cart and checkout. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@theyaad.ca and we'll sort it within 30 days.
